Project Description:
The DHS Office of Developmental Disability Services (ODDS) requests a third party review of the analysis and results of the Oregon Needs Assessment (ONA) Pilot Testing completed by Mission Analytics Group, Inc. in May 2017. The UCEDD systematically reviewed all the data, psychometrics and methods collected from Mission Analytics Group, Inc. in order to determine the accuracy of results of the pilot testing of the ONA. Agencys review must be based on the findings of the pilot testing of the measure of completed samples of 468 individuals with one assessment and 53 individuals with two assessments.
