Project Description:

In partnership with the NASDDDS completed a multi-focal review of available data and information to provide an inventory of existing and emerging practices in supporting individuals with I/DD through day services nationally. This effort will entail a comprehensive literature review, a review of approved (initial and, where feasible, final) and pending Statewide Transition Plans (STPs), a review of available day and supported employment data sources, and brief profiles of a few selected states who have undertaken promising approaches to transforming the manner in which individuals are supported during the day, highlighting community based organizations that have transformed supports.
