Project Description:
The Georgetown University Center for Child and Human Development, within the District of Columbia joined with the UCEDDs at the University of Southern California and Georgia State University, (referred to as the Consortium) and key stakeholders to develop a Diversity and Inclusion Training Action Plan (D&I-TAP). The Consortiums multi-level approach was guided by the philosophy of meaningful inclusion, in combination with proven organizational and behavioral change strategies, specifically designed to increase the diversity and enhance the cultural and linguistic competence (CLC) of UCEDDs nationwide.
