Project Description:

Five year multicenter study with domestic and international study sites investigating phenotypic data and sequencing strategies to discover candidate genes associated with craniofacial micosomia to lead to molecular diagnosis. This multisite investigation is funded by the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research Prospective samples of 168 children and their parents and banked FACIAL network samples will be analyzed.
