Project Description:
The purpose of the project is to evaluate the timeliness to diagnosis and or intervention services provided by Part C's Early Start program for identified at-risk children through the 2-1-1 developmental screening program and review diagnostic outcomes and services provided by Part C's Early Start program for children identified through 2-1-1 developmental screening project. This sample includes all children 0-3 years referred to Part C Early Start Program from 2011-2013 for developmental concerns that includes children screened by 2-1-1 Los Angeles and identified as high-risk for developmental delay referred to one Part C, Early Start program. A retrospective review of existing data regarding children referred to Part C Early Start Program for developmental concerns will be collected to compare referrals made by 2-1-1 Los Angeles to other referral sources.
