Project Description:

ECPC II will increase the capacity of 8 state early childhood systems under IDEA to develop, implement, and scale up a CSPD. TA will also be provided to Part C, B/619, early childhood (EC) administrators, EC IHE faculty and PD providers to improve outcomes for young children with disabilities and their families. There will be a focus on aligning IHE programs of study to professional organization personnel standards, the integration of Division of Early Childhood (DEC) recommended practices, and alignment of state personnel standards with national standards and competencies.
