JFK Partners a program of the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Anschutz Medical Campus, Colorados federally funded University Center of Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, Education, Research and Service, will evaluate the development and implementation of the Inclusive Higher Education pilot program at the pilot sites and provide a written report concerning the evaluation to the Department of Higher Education. Colorado's Inclusive Higher Education initiative is funded by state legislation. Three pilot schools are funded with the expectation that they will build to a financially self sustaining enrollment of 40 students over 4 years. The Pilot Schools (two 4 year and 1 community college) will collaborate to develop a common core certificate.
