Project Description:
Programs funded by Indianas Maternal Infant and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program (MIECHV), the federally supported statewide approach to home visiting, routinely collect data and provide it to the Indiana University external evaluation team for analysis and reporting of programmatic and state performance. Quarterly, the Indiana University external evaluation team analyzes and reports information on each performance benchmark, including a breakdown of constructs, definition of improvement, statewide process measures, outcome measures, reliability/validity, source of information, and population assessed as requested to state agency stakeholders. Annually, the Indiana University external evaluation team completes the federally required Indiana performance submission on behalf of the Indiana State Department of Health.
