Project Description:

the purpose of the project is to develop a lasting and sustainable "Diversity Fellowship Program". The outcome of this project will be to increase the numbers of underrepresented ethnic scholars in the field of developmental disabilities at Northern Arizona University, Institute for Human Development. The project will collaborate with key academic departments, a DD Network partner, and the AzLEND.
