Project Description:
In partnership with schools, families, agencies and communities, the IN-SPDG seeks to improve educational outcomes for students with disabilities by ensuring their access to a pre-k through 12 continuum of instruction from high quality teachers.
The project is intended to construct a professional learning framework to support systemic educational improvement throughout the state of Indiana. It builds on and supports Indianas significant state and local reform efforts already underway in critical areas such as transitioning to college- and career-readiness standards and assessments; developing systems of support and differentiated recognition for school improvement, and evaluating and supporting teacher and principal effectiveness.
