Project Description:

The National Government of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) contracted the services of Guam CEDDERS to provide technical assistance and support to: a) Provide technical assistance in areas of Special Education Program's SEA and LEA general supervision system reporting; b) Assist states and national to review and develop state Local Systemic Improvement Plans (LSIP) and the national State Performance Plan (SPP) and Annual Performance Report (APR); c) Provide training and other needed capacity building activities for both state and national government program offices and units handling Special Education Program; and d) Technical assistance may include training on Early Childhood Outcomes and Evaluation for Eligibility Determination.
