Project Description:

The Center is performing on-site validations of settings (places in which individuals receiving services under the DD, Mi Via and Medically Fragile waivers) to ensure that they are in compliance with the new rules for home and community-based services issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Interviews with individuals receiving services are also being conducted.
