Project Description:
The purpose of this feasibility study is to develop and evaluate a tailored manualized intervention that addresses sleep problems in infants and toddlers with developmental disabilities and in their primary caregiver. It is hypothesized that caregiver education and a tailored intervention that addresses the sleep problems of children with developmental disabilities and their caregivers will improve child and caregiver sleep quality as well as their quality of life.
