Project Description:

To develop a depression and anxiety screening (PHQ-9 and GAD-7) process, with a mental health coordinator (PhD in psychology) as part of evidence-based cystic fibrosis care. As part of this initiative, a novel collaborative practice model with psychology and clinical pharmacy will provide opportunity for collaborative care with regards to pharmacological treatment of patients with CF.
