Family Care Enhancements Project & Results Driven Accountability Project
Project Description:
This project is a contract between the MMI UCEDD and the NE Department of Education to train and provide parent resource coordinators to pediatrician offices for the purpose of assisting families with referral to early intervention services and coordination of community resources to assist the family of children with special health care needs. The contract also includes consultation to the NE Department of Education on the statewide initiate to results driven accountability in the delivery of special education services.
