The University of Kansas through the Kansas Inservice Training System (KITS)in partnership with Kansas Child Care Training Opportunities, Inc.(KCCTO) will address the Kansas Department for Children and Families request for proposals to provide a network of infant toddler specialists that promote an increase in the both the capacity and quality of child care in the state of Kansas for infants and toddlers and their families
