Project Description:
In Collaboration with state and local partners, CCLC is proposing a research proposal to evaluate the effects of a school-to-work collaborative on the employment outcomes of transition-age youth. The goal of the Collaborative to provide employment opportunities for transition-age youth by embedding employment resources into the school to ensure a focus on employment outcomes and reduce or eliminate duplication of services. Specially a provider employment specialist will be embedded in the school to serve as a single point of contact to represent the "coalition" of providers serving on the Collaborative, overlapping supports schools to ensure a coordinated and seamless system of transition.
