Training - TASN-Autism Diagnostic Training
Project Description:
Many families who have children with autism wait for adequate screening and diagnosis particularly if they live in rural areas. The goal of this project is to build local capacity so children can be diagnosed early and linked to their community resources. This project involves training local autism teams to use screening and evaluation measures and link these teams to local medical resources or The Center for Child Health and Development at the University of Kansas through telemedicine, thus braiding systems of care.
