Project Description:

Activities The Contractor Shall: 1. Develop and prepare for submission the Nurse Family Partnership (NFP) Implementation Plan to ensure the model can be used in FY 12 and any subsequent contract years to provide home visiting services to families residing in the identified service area. 2. Research as necessary, and if so, prepare the research protocol for use by the Human Research Review Committee, the body that reviews and oversees any research involving human subjects, to ensure compliance with the Nurse Family Partnership home visiting model. 3. Submit the NFP Implementation Plan to the Children, Youth and Families, Early Childhood Services, Deputy Division Director no later than June 25, 2011.
