Project Description:
The purpose of the proposed project is to provide training and technical assistance to governing bodies of Indian Tribes that have received and American Indian Vocational Rehabilitation Services (AIVRS) grant. The training and TA will be provided utilizing state-of-the-art e-learning solution that are accessible and engaging AIVRS programs and participants and provided at 3 levels of training and TA. The outcomes of the proposed goals and objectives will be the development and delivery of a culturally competent system of training and TA to 415 staff in AIVRS programs that lead to gainful employment of American Indians with disabilities.
