Project Description:

The National Government of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) contracted the services of Guam CEDDERS to provide technical assistance and support to: a) Areas of program general supervision system development and reporting; b) facilitate the development and implementation of Local Level Monitoring Systems in the four States, Local Education Agency (LEA) annual Application for IDEA funds, NDOE State Performance Plan (SPP) and Annual Performance Reports (APR), and Local Performance Reports (LPR), and Local Performance Plan (LPP) Technical Assistance. c) Provide training and other capacity building activities for both national and state in area of Special Education program management; and d) Provide focused technical assistance to national and state(s) on specific areas for program development and implementation.
