Project Description:

Each DD Council is required to submit a 5 year state plan every 5 years. This plan includes, among other items, a Comprehensive Review and Analysis of the current state systems related to people with developmental disabilities living in the state. The DD Council contracted with IDHD to provide information to be utilized in the CRA.
