Fiscal Year:
2016
Contact Information:
Project Description:
The Detroit Institute for Children has a proud history of serving children with special needs and their families for nearly 100 years. Throughout their history, the DIC has responded to the needs of children and their families by providing effective and compassionate services. To meet this commitment, the DIC wanted to better understand the needs of children and families and assess the level of satisfaction with services they provide. The DIC requested the Developmental Disabilities Institute (DDI) conduct an independent evaluation of families served by the DIC to determine their level of satisfaction with services received and to identify their unmet needs.
