Project Description:
Develop and provide comprehensive training to newly hired VRC's to prepare them for their roles, including provision of individualized vocational counseling and guidance and performing non-delegable functions of eligibility and severity determination, service plan development, authorization of services, and case closure, completing a comprehensive assessment, fiscal procedures, documentation requirements, comprehensive use of the case management system, understanding policy, and related.
Develop and provide comprehensive training to newly hired VR Case Coordinators (VRCCs) and secretaries to prepare them for their roles, including case management and fiscal procedures, documentation requirements, comprehensive use of the case management system, understanding policy, and related.
