ACS RTCCL Alternatives to Foster Care Project

Center:
Fiscal Year:
2016
Contact Information:
Project Description:
Four metro counties are involved in a systems change project to identify barriers to people moving out of foster care (i.e., small group home) arrangements. Several meetings will be held to identify the barriers and develop a systematic plan to move people in the future. Unusual features are the cooperation between the 4 counties, and using the University's Carlson School of Management and ICI to assist in project design. Angela Amado has been asked to be a consultant for the project to stay true to person-centered values.
