Project Description:

The focus of this project is to test whether patient navigation can help families obtain earlier diagnosis and treatment for their children in the disadvantaged population that receives primary care at Denver Health. The study will test whether patient navigation speeds up the process of evaluation and increases family engagement in services. It will examine barriers to receiving evaluations and services. SaLSA will also evaluate how acceptable patient navigation is to families and providers.
