Project Description:
This program will prepare 100 early interventionists to receive a certificate in early intervention and a state administered credential in EI to improve the quality and quantity of the workforce available for infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families. The program will be one year in length and it will offer evidence-based practice through coursework and practicum. The program scholars will acquire competencies that are referenced to the CEC/DEC specialty knowledge and skill personnel standards. These competencies will be measured through products and observations.
