Improving the Quality of Life for New Mexicans with Brain Injuries
Project Description:
Providing brain injury information and resources for persons with brain injury, the general public, professionals, family members and other interested parties;
Conducting Brain Injury Education events for persons with brain injury, the general public, professionals, family members and other parties, who would benefit from initial and/or additional education on brain injury;
Coordinating workshops for professionals working with brain injury and offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs); and
Coordinating an annual Statewide Brain Injury Conference that provides a statewide forum for broader education about Brain Injury and working with individuals living with brain injury.
