Autism Spectrum Evaluation/Intervention Clinic
Project Description:
The Autism Clinic is a part of the Autism Program at the Center for Development & Disability.
Autism Clinic Supplement:
This project addresses the statewide need for multidisciplinary, statewide evaluations and consultations for children suspected of having an ASD diagnosis. The Autism Assessment Clinic at the Center for Development & Disability currently has approximately 200 children on the waiting list which is estimated to be between 15 ? 24 months. Our goal is to provide additional funding for staff support to enable us to better manage the growing wait list and to see families more quickly. It is expected that this project will benefit families who are on the wait list by providing referrals and support during the wait time.
