Project Description:

Retrospective analyses of data collected in the Spina Bifida Tranition Program is proposed. We are interested in extracting data on the 168 youth with spina bifida who have been enrolled in the program since January 15, 2011. We proposa to conduct analyses on the demographic data, clinical profile of youth enrolled in the program and categorize the type of services provided and problems identified. We also want to identfy the type of services/assesmsnets provided by type of discipline. This is a descriptive study of the transition program initiated early in 2011.
