Project Description:
The Careers Through Partnership Project is a two-state collaboration between Montana and Wyoming in which training is conveyed to service providers on the most recent approaches to employment of people with disabilities. The project also offers funding for persons with disabilities to acquire the equipment, training and other support necessary to access quality employment. The US Department of Labor has funded this initiative for the second time after a very successful initial three year effort in which more than 100 hundred individuals with disabilities accessed employment or started their own businesses in some of the most rural areas of the nation.
