Project Description:

Yochai Eisenberg, Project Coordinator at the Center on Health Promotion Research for People with Disabilities at the UIC Department of Disability and Human Development, will be working alongside NCHPAD's Inclusive Health Coalition initiative (IHC) to plan and implement the newly developed Community Health Inclusion Index (CHII).
