Project Description:
IDHD/DHD is a nationally recognized research program where faculty, staff, and students engage in a variety of research-related activities, many which are integrated across community service projects -- creating a direct link between research and practice.The departmental faculty is dedicated to the scholarly, interdisciplinary study of disability and related aspects of human development, fostering strong community connections through model demonstration programs, academic programs, and research centers, and continuing their excellent record of contributions to the scientific knowledge base on disability through first-rate publications.
