        Project Description:
The purpose of this grant is to enhance consumer control by establishing the infrastructure for an intermediary service organization (ISO) system for a consumer-directed model of financing and delivering PASS. This system will ensure compliance with legal requirements related to employment of PASS attendants and will offer supportive services to enable consumers to perform the required employer tasks. In addition, the grant will develop a peer advocacy network that will support consumers through training and peer mentoring. A quality improvement process will be developed to establish an ongoing mechanism for monitoring and improving the developed model. This grant will target supporting consumers from the aging population as well as, those with developmental, behavior health, physical or complex medical health disabilities.
