The Center on Education and Lifelong Learning (CELL) will coordinate two primary efforts to build capacity for quality evaluation practices among Indianas 21st CCLC programs: (1) Convene a working group of local evaluators and program directors to identify the strengths and challenges of local evaluation efforts; and (2) Organize and present a series of professional development webinars and conference presentations to help strengthen evaluation practices, especially those practices that help support the use of the Indiana Afterschool Standards to conduct ongoing program improvement efforts.
