Project Description:

Will coordinate conference calls with groups of evaluators who will identify policies and practices to help create consistency between local evaluation efforts to insure that Indiana's 21st Century Community Learning Centers are supported by data-based program improvement efforts. In addition, CELL will present a series of professional development webinars aimed at improvement.
