Project Description:
Guam CEDDERS will ensure continuity of technical support to the PAC6 from the NSC Project. Guam CEDDERS will provide assistance in the development of a system of assessments supported by curriculum, instruction and professional development to ensure that students with the most significant cognitive disabilities achieve increasingly higher academic outcomes and leave high school ready for postsecondary options. Outcome: The NCSC professional development materials will be accessible to each PAC6 entity through a combination of hard copy and technology-based tools. Each entity has a plan for ensuring stakeholders are making use of these professional development resources through the end of the grant through existing mechanisms for improving the academic curricula, instructional, and assessment supports for students with significant cognitive disabilities (SCD) requiring an AA-AAS.
