Project Description:

The National Government of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) contracted the services of Guam CEDDERS to provide technical assistance and support to: a) Areas of program general supervision system development and reporting; b) Review and develop national and state SPP, LPP and APR following new IDEA requirements; c) Provide training and other capacity building activities for both national and state in area of Special Education program management; and d) Provide focused technical assistance to national and state(s) on specific areas for program development and implementation.
