City of Boston Financial Capability Study
Project Description:
This research project is designed to determine the extent to which outcomes have changed significantly since the beginning of the EITC Campaign in 2010 and to the most recent reporting period in 2013. Outcomes include changes in financial condition for persons with disabilities, ethnic/linquistic minorities in the city of Boston, and section 8 versus non-section 8 eligible families.
