Project Description:
The Oakland County Community Mental Health Authority (OCCMHA) is partnering with DDI to implement the Oakland County Community Mental Health Authority Specialized Residential Services Project. The one year project is designed to assess the status, quality and effectiveness of the Specialized Residential Services it delivers to citizens with developmental disabilities in Oakland County, Michigan. Activities will include: - Review existing OCCMHA data to gather demographic information about individual's who receive specialized residential services. - Review service-delivery decision making processes through direct interviews with a random sample of individuals who receive support. - Conduct a time-limited assessment of the quality of life indicators for a random sample of individuals who receive specialized residential supports.
