Project Description:
TAESE will:
Serve as the event planner and contract liaison with the venue staff, including securing necessary A/V contracts.
Implement the conference design.
Create/ manage on-line registration activities. Online registration available May 1, 2013.
Collect participant fees and manage event accounting.
Assist in inviting presenters.
Invite and manage exhibitors.
Collect presenter materials.
Develop participant materials:
o Nametags with appropriate ribbons
o Agenda (paper with QR code to online materials)
o Speaker roster and bios (online)
o Session materials (online)
Develop promotional materials
o Save the Date and Reminder messages (sent via email)
Provide an online event evaluation/evaluation summary.
Provide Certificates of Attendance for those who complete conference evaluations.
Manage presenter travel and presentation logistics, after the presenters have been selected by the Client.
Provide a weekly participant registration update to the Client. The registration updates will begin May 15, 2013.
