Project Description:

To expand the capacity of NDCPD Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP) project, this project collaborates with the ND State Health Insurance Counseling division, RSVP and Lutheran Social Services of ND to increase volunteers and expand outreach and education efforts throughout the state to seniors in undersered counties and non-English speaking New Americans.
