Project Description:

The Department of Education currently funds a number of 21st Century Community Programs in Nebraska. These programs are a component of the "No Child Left Behind" initiative. This project will evaluate the outcomes of the Middle School Learning Center Initiative in Omaha and prepare a report for the Nebraska Department of Education.
