Literacy Program Evaluation

Project Description:

CELL will provide evaluation support during the development and expansion of the Literacy Program. Services include evaluating the implementation and outcomes of the program during 2012-2014 and CELL will develop an evaluation protocol that can be used by affiliates as they implement programming beyond 2014 and will focus on three sets of critical outcomes: 1) increased knowledge and capacity to deliver literacy-based programming among facilitators and teachers; 2) delivery of literacy activities by training facilitators and teachers; and 3) increased literacy skills among participating girls.
