Project Description:

The National Government of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) contracted the services of Guam CEDDERS to provide technical assistance and support to facilitate the development and implementation of Local Level Monitoring Systems in the four States, Local Education Agency (LEA)annual application for IDEA funds, NDOE State Performance Plan (SPP) and Annual Performance Reports (APR), and Local Performance Report (LPR) and Local Performance Plan (LPP) Technical Assistance. Activities to cover a one-year implementation plan.
