Project Description:
The AzUCD has contracted with the Navajo Nation, Division of Dine education, Office of Special Education and Rehabilitation Services to assist the Growing in Beauty Program through training, consultation, and direct service in the implementation of the Arizona Early intervention program (AzEIP), initial planning process, that includes referral, evaluation, and assessment, eligibility determination, identification of family priorities, resources and concerns and Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development.
