Project Description:

Subcontract with the Institute for Educational Leadership (IEL) to work to ensure that transition age youth with disabilities are provided full access to high quality services in integrated settings to gain education, employment and independent living via the National Collaborative on Workgroce & Disability for Youth (NCWD/Youth).
