Debbie School Listening and Talk Project
Project Description:
The grant funding from the Dunspaugh-Dalton Foundation for the Listen and Talk Project provides weekly individual and small group speech and language therapy services for children with hearing loss who are enrolled in our Auditory/Oral Education Program. This program incorporates specialized auditory training strategies into the daily curriculum so that our students with hearing loss learn to use their hearing aids and cochlear implants to develop listening and spoken language skills. Sevices include educational intervention, speech and language therapy, audiological management, and parent education.
