Project Description:

Contracted to conduct an evaluation of the CHEC/Homeless Grant Assistance Project. The focus of CHEC/HGAP is to connect individuals who have been chronically homeless with permanent housing using a Housing 1st model; connect individuals who are leaving institutional settings and are at risk for homelessness with housing; develop collaborative relationships with local government, non-profit service organizations, and other stakeholders to reduce homelessness in Clark County; and to identify new low cost housing options for individuals with very limited incomes.
