Project Description:
Project Focus TAESE provides technical assistance to the Kansas Department of Education Special Education Services Team. Project Services TAESE will complete the following objectives: 1) Organize various special education conferences. 2) Answer special education legal questions that come up throughout the year 3) Provide new LEA Director orientation 4) Provide technical assistance and help with the Kansas State Performance Plan and Annual Performance Report, 5) Provide monitoring contractors when the need arises, 6) Provide access to the Transition Outcomes Project which assists with Indicator 13 of the IDEA (Post School Transition Goals in IEPs). 7) Provide TASK12 and ATIPS services 8) Provide dispute resolution consortium services
